Hatzegopteryx Platform Saddle | ARK: Survival Ascended Modding

Primitive/Leather Hatzegopteryx saddle commissioned by Tweee. While the initial concept art simply displayed a platform upon a leather saddle, Tweee had requested that the saddle not only be able to pivot and remain a steady flat surface during movement, but as such take into account the creature's long neck in both flight and upright walking. Therefore I needed to adapt the design with these requirements in mind, and come up with a solution for how the saddle can pivot while remaining firmly attached to the saddle in a believable manner.
